We want you to love your Spacenova plates. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Email hello@spacenova.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
We will email you a prepaid returns label within one business day. No cost to you.
Repack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel at any Post Office or collection point.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item in its original condition and packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, photograph it and email us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement immediately at no charge.
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please check your configuration carefully before ordering.
